Caity Gyorgy (pronounced George) is a three-time JUNO award-winning Canadian vocalist known for singing Bebop and swing music. She has performed internationally, including at all the major Canadian festivals, Tucson Jazz Festival, Tokyo’s famed Cotton Club, Live From Emmett’s Place, and featured with Orchestra national de jazzed Montreal and UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra in Finland.
In addition to being a performer, Gyorgy is an avid writer and composes songs in the style of the Great American Songbook. Her compositions have been sung by other vocalists around the world and have won multiple awards.

Unit B is a dinner-theater style dining venue featuring high caliber live performances. The restaurant typically opens for dinner, wine and craft cocktails at 5:30pm. Food and drinks will be available until the kitchen closes approximately 1 – 2 hours after the show starts.
We will verify your ticket purchase by name when you arrive. There is no need to print tickets in advance. Your show ticket entitles you to a seat in the space, which will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
DINNER RESERVATIONS: To ensure that Unit B is able to accommodate your whole party together, or to request a specific seating location, please make a table reservation in addition to your ticket purchase. To make a reservation, please fill out this form.
Please note that while Unit B does their best to accommodate specific seating requests, depending on the size of your party and the order in which your reservation is received, they may not always be able to do so. For groups of 5 or more, a table reservation is required in order to ensure you will sit together. Please note you may be seated at a table with an unrelated party.
